Sayani Nag

Sayani Nag has a diverse work experience in the field of internal audit. Sayani started their career as a Consultant at Ernst & Young in 2006. Sayani then moved on to Tata Ryerson Limited, where they worked as a Manager in Internal Audit from 2007 to 2009, conducting audits at various locations and coordinating a Risk Management workshop. Sayani joined United Breweries Holding Limited in 2009 as a Manager in Internal Audit and later transitioned to United Breweries Ltd. as a Senior Manager in Internal Audit from 2012 to 2013. Subsequently, they joined United Spirits Limited as a Senior Manager in Internal Audit from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for strengthening internal controls, reviewing statutory compliances, and managing SOX requirements. In 2016, Sayani became a Lead Internal Auditor at Colt Technology Services before eventually joining METRO Wholesale India. At METRO, they held various roles, including General Manager of Internal Audit from 2017 to 2019, Senior General Manager of Internal Audit from 2019 to 2022, and currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit, Finance starting from March 2022.

Sayani Nag has completed a B.Com (Hons) degree from Calcutta University. Additionally, they have obtained the Chartered Accountant qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
