Swapnil N is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Regional Head - Legal and Compliance at METRO Wholesale India since May 2022, Swapnil N focuses on statutory compliance, litigation in real estate and food cases, and drafting commercial contracts. Prior to this, Swapnil N held the position of Legal Lead at Reliance Retail Limited from March 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities included negotiation, drafting of various legal documents, and managing external counsel. Swapnil N’s career at Reliance Retail began in September 2011 as Regulatory Affairs Manager, overseeing licensing and compliance for over 4500 stores across Maharashtra and Goa. Educational qualifications include Master's Degrees in Business Law from the National Law School of India University and Law from G R Kare College of Law.
