Kirk Davis is the CEO of MetroCorp Media. Kirk was previously the CEO of GateHouse Media and the Chief Operating Officer of New Media Investment Group. Kirk has been in the media industry for over 20 years.
Kirk Davis began their career in the media industry in 2006 when they became the CEO of GateHouse Media. Kirk was responsible for the growth of the company from $500 million to $1.6 billion in revenue. In 2014, they were appointed the Chief Operating Officer of New Media Investment Group and the CEO of GateHouse Media.
Under Kirk’s leadership, GateHouse Media has become one of the largest local publishing companies in the world. Kirk has also been instrumental in the acquisition of Gannett for $1.6 billion.
Kirk Davis studied theater at Wright State University and economics at Ohio University.
