Bobby Miles is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Metro Credit Union-Omaha, since February 2020, Bobby advises members on various mortgage options, including FHA, Conventional, ARM, and VA Loans, while demonstrating a strong grasp of banking regulations such as BSA/AML and fair lending practices. Previously, Bobby held the role of Mortgage Loan Specialist at PenFed Credit Union from October 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included auditing mortgage applications and ensuring documentation accuracy. Earlier experience as a Personal Banker at Metro Credit Union-Omaha and Sales Supervisor at Cox Communications has also contributed to a comprehensive customer service and sales background. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global.
