Aura-Mihaela Virgolici, PhD currently holds the title of Engineering Manager at METRO.digital since January 2021. Prior to this, Aura-Mihaela worked at METRO SYSTEMS Romania for over a decade, where Aura-Mihaela held various roles such as Capability Team Manager and Department Manager. Aura-Mihaela has a strong background in Oracle development, project management, and team leadership. With a PhD in Economic Informatics, their expertise lies in technical capability development, people management, and strategic planning. Aura-Mihaela is also actively involved in innovation and new technology trends within the company.
