Ken Erban

Ken Erban has over 30 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry, currently serving as the Service Operations Manager at Metro Elevator since August 2023. Previous roles include Service Manager at KONE Elevators & Escalators from January 2018 to August 2023, Modernization Superintendent at OTIS from July 2006 to December 2017, and Supervisor and Helper at KONE from July 1999 to July 2006. Earlier in their career, Ken Erban served as a Police Officer for the Town of North Attleborough from December 1989 to March 1999. Ken Erban graduated from Attleboro High School, completing studies from 1986 to 1989.
