Carole Lotito has worked in the marketing and communications field for over 25 years. Carole began their career in 1994 as a Marketing/Public Relations Specialist at Pascack Valley Hospital/Wellcare Group. In 2002, they joined North Jersey Media Group as the Director of Advertising Marketing, where they created, mentored, and led the team that provided all marketing and communications support for 65 sales executives and managers. Carole then moved to Iceland Health in 2010 as a Marketing Manager on a short-term contract. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Director of Marketing & Communications and Media Manager at Kallman Worldwide, Inc., leading global multimedia marketing and PR efforts. In 2015, they were contracted to create the $45M agency Greater Bergen Community Action's first Marketing and Communications Department and overall strategy. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Bright Sides Marketing and Whole Foods Market, respectively, as a Digital Marketing, Writing and Graphics specialist and Senior Marketing Specialist (Director), CSR/Community Engagement, Northeast Region. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing at Metro Exhibits.

Carole Lotito obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Consumer Affairs/Marketing from Montclair State University. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing: Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics from Columbia Business School/Emeritus. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School, as well as a Mini MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University. Carole also obtained various certificates in Office Systems, Internet Marketing, SM for Professionals, SEO, Web Design, and Photoshop/Illustrator. Additionally, Carole Lotito has obtained several certifications, including Account-Based Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, Certified Wix Webmaster from Wix.com in 2017, Photoshop from Bergen Community College in 2015, Internet Marketing from Bergen Community College in 2011, Google Analytics from Google in 2016, and Digital Marketing from Rutgers University.
