Keira Small has an extensive work experience in the events and hospitality industry. Keira started their career in 2009 as a Catering Intern at La Promenade and a Pastry Intern at Rispoli Pastry Shop. In 2011, they worked as a Line Cook at Walt Disney World's Pop Century Resort and as a Banquet Cook at Quidnessett Country Club. In 2013, they worked at Ellie's Bakery as a Barista & Baker and at Gracie's as a Private Events & Catering Coordinator. In 2014, they were an Exhibitor Service Executive at Global Experience Specialists (GES). From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Kallman Worldwide, Inc. in various roles, such as Assistant Operations & Exhibitor Services Manager, Operations Specialist & Exhibitor Service Coordinator, and Operations & Exhibitor Services Manager. In 2021, they joined Metro Exhibits as a Senior Project Manager.
Keira Small attended Johnson & Wales University from 2010 to 2014, earning an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Bergen County Academies from 2006 to 2010, graduating with a Diploma in Culinary Arts & Hotel Administration.
