Malik Waters

Malik Waters is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in public health, education, and youth development. Currently serving as the Program Lead for the Ending the HIV Epidemic Initiative at Metro Inclusive Health, Malik provides guidance and ensures high-quality service delivery for clients, focusing on program objectives and outcomes. Additionally, Malik is the Founder of Impact Generation, an organization aimed at supporting academic success for under-resourced youth through tutoring and leadership development. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at G3 Life Applications, Afterschool Program Director at St. Peter Claver Catholic School, and various positions at the University of South Florida and Career Source Tampa Bay. Malik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Florida.
