Nick Van Hise has extensive work experience in the field of infectious diseases. Nick started their career as a PGY-1 Resident at Mercy in 2013, followed by a PGY-2 Infectious Diseases role at Indiana University Health from 2014 to 2015. Nick then worked as a Clinical Specialist in Infectious Diseases at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare and Edward Hospital from 2015 to 2017.
In 2017, Van Hise took on multiple roles simultaneously. Nick became the Director of Clinical Research at Metro Infectious Disease Consultants and Metro Infusion Center. Additionally, they also worked as an Infectious Disease Specialist at Metro Infectious Disease Consultants.
In 2018, Van Hise joined the Cdiff Foundation as the Committee Chair for Antimicrobial Stewardship and CDI Prevention.
Nick Van Hise pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry at Bradley University from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they went on to earn a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree specializing in Pharmacy from Union University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013.
