Alvin Trotter

Alvin Trotter, Jr. serves as the Sr. Director of Construction Management and Third Party Administration at Los Angeles Metro, overseeing staff and consultants on multiple capital construction projects while managing third-party coordination and public affairs. In addition to this role, Trotter is a board member of the Bridge Builders Foundation Los Angeles, dedicated to providing educational opportunities and mentoring for underserved youth in the region. Trotter is a licensed general contractor and has held various positions, including a member of the Construction Bond Citizens' Oversight Committee for the Los Angeles Unified School District and a fellowship with the Southern California Leadership Network. Previously, Trotter was the Chief Operating Officer and Construction Manager at Copper Hill Homes, managing the development and construction of a large residential community. Trotter holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from Morehouse College and completed an Executive Education program in Organizational Leadership at the SMU Cox School of Business.
