Biljana Seki

Biljana Seki serves as the Senior Director of Treasury at Los Angeles Metro since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing the debt and lease portfolio and facilitating capital market financings for transportation project liquidity. Prior to this role, Biljana Seki worked as a Public Finance Analyst at the County of Los Angeles from November 2012 to February 2021, overseeing the debt issuance process for bond transactions involving the County and local educational districts, including supervising over $1 billion in executed transactions. From March 2006 to November 2012, Biljana Seki was Associate Director at Dolinka Group, LLC, providing consulting services and financial analysis for California school districts, particularly regarding debt management and the utilization of Marks/Mello-Roos Community Facilities Districts. Biljana Seki obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine in 2006 and graduated from Tustin High School in 2002.
