Frank Ching

Frank Ching has extensive experience in transportation and parking management, currently serving as the Deputy Executive Officer for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority since September 2014, where responsibilities include executive management and oversight of strategic plans for multiple departments. Previously, Frank Ching held the position of Senior Director of Countywide Parking Management, managing a transit parking program with 87 Park & Ride locations. Earlier roles include City Parking Administrator for the City of Santa Monica, Division Manager at City Park overseeing a large team, and Operations Manager at Diamond Parking Service. Frank Ching holds an M.B.A. in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BS in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
