Lan-Chi Lam

Lan-Chi Lam is an accomplished communication and design professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Communications - Revenue Generation at Los Angeles Metro since November 2008, Lan-Chi modernized advertising programs, significantly increasing revenue from $110M to $305M. Previously, Lan-Chi held positions such as Director of Communications - Web & Mobile, where emphasis was placed on enhancing Metro's digital presence, and Interactive Design & Strategy Manager, focusing on web and social media strategies. Prior experience includes senior positions at EMC, Apple, MSNBC, and Dennis Miller Live, contributing to user interface design and editorial content across multiple platforms. Lan-Chi is also a member of the Board of Governors at Otis College of Art and Design. Lan-Chi holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Otis College of Art and Design.
