Maya Myles

Maya Myles is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in public relations, social media management, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Public Communications Officer-Social Media at Los Angeles Metro since June 2018, Maya manages content across various social media platforms and collaborates closely with media representatives to enhance public engagement. Previous roles include Social Media Manager for The Shade Room, Digital Marketing Lead at Black Cultural Events, and Founder and CEO of Madame Made, where innovative influencer marketing campaigns were developed. Maya also has experience in community service leadership with the City of Torrance and customer experience management at The Michaels Companies, Inc. Maya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television, and Film from Howard University.
