Michael Pizarro, M.A., is a seasoned finance and HRIS professional with extensive experience across diverse sectors, including public transportation, water infrastructure, and entertainment. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll & HRIS Analyst at Los Angeles Metro, Michael bridges IT, HR, Payroll, and Finance to enhance Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle EBS implementations. As the Founder and Global DJ of Cali Electro, LLC, Michael manages an international entertainment business. Previous roles include Senior Financial Analyst positions at Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and Preferred Bank, where Michael directed substantial budgets and oversaw complex financial operations. Additionally, Michael has provided consulting services across various industries focusing on financial planning, ERP transitions, and audit support.
