Ray Sosa is an accomplished transportation planning professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles in the industry. Currently serving as Chief Planning Officer at Los Angeles Metro since September 2022, Ray previously held several executive positions at AECOM, including Vice President for the West Region Transit Rail Market Sector and Southern California Transportation Planning. Ray's career in transportation planning began in 1996 at Los Angeles Metro, where Ray progressed through multiple roles, enhancing expertise in project management and planning.
