Richard Lozano

Richard Lozano possesses extensive experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as Executive Officer of Rail Vehicle Maintenance at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority since September 2007, where previous responsibilities included Director of Rail Vehicle Acquisition.
