Steven Gota

Steven Gota has extensive experience in transportation planning and management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Officer at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority since December 2006, Steven has held various significant roles including Deputy Executive Officer, Senior Director, and Transportation Planning Manager. Prior to this, Steven worked as Director at New York City Transit for a brief period in 2006, and as Transportation Planning Manager at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority from 2001 to 2006. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Transportation Planner at Parsons Brinckerhoff in the USA and as a Transportation Planner at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Steven Gota holds a Master's degree in Transportation Planning from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Analysis & Design from UC Irvine.
