Markus Nutz

Markus Nutz is an accomplished data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and science, currently serving as the Data Engineering & Science Lead at METRO Markets GmbH since September 2022. Prior roles include Data Scieneer at scieneers GmbH, Senior Data Scientist at OBI next, and Data Scientist at both freeyou AG and OBI next. Markus began a career in data analysis and project management at management consult GmbH before advancing to data science roles. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Applied Data Science & Measurement from Mannheim Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mannheim. Additional training includes participation in the International Program in Survey and Data Science (IPSDS).
