Joan Winnington has over 24 years of experience in various sales and operations roles. Joan began their career as a Sales Manager at Action Unlimited Resources, Inc., where they focused on sales enablement, communication, and new business development. Joan then moved on to DIAMOND CHEMICAL & SUPPLY CO, where they served as a Sales Manager and spearheaded successful new business development initiatives. In 2004, Joan joined Metro Payment Technologies as Chief Operations Officer, where they played a crucial role in delivering advanced payment processing solutions and outstanding customer service. Currently, Joan is the Chief Operations Officer at Sunfire POS, where they are contributing to the launch of a state-of-the-art Point-of-Sale system tailored for small to medium-sized businesses in the CBD and retail industry. With their extensive industry expertise, Joan is dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses manage their operations.

Joan Winnington obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Goldey-Beacom College between 1980 and 1984. Joan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Wilmington University, completing it between 1985 and 1987.
