Andrew Davis

Andrew Davis is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Principal of an IB World Primary Years Program elementary school within Metro Nashville Public Schools since July 2008, overseeing approximately 500 students and 75 staff members while managing a $2.7 million operating budget. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions such as Assistant Principal and various coordinator roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational leadership. From January 2003 to June 2008, Andrew was a Teacher, serving as the English Department Chair and AP English Teacher, along with coaching the Varsity Girl's Soccer team. Before transitioning to education, Andrew accumulated significant experience in management as Vice President at First Management Services, overseeing multi-family units in Tennessee and Georgia. Andrew holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University, a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Belmont University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond.
