Felicia Agee

Felicia Agee, Ed.D, serves as the Curriculum Specialist of Magnet Schools at Metro Nashville Public Schools since January 2022 and holds the position of National Associate Trainer with the Center for Teacher Effectiveness since July 2019. Felicia has a rich background in education, having previously worked as a Math Professional Development Specialist at Curriculum Associates and as a 7th Grade Math Educator in Sumner County Schools. Felicia started in education as a Literacy, Science, and Math Teacher in Robertson County and Sumner County. Felicia’s educational accomplishments include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Union University, along with a Master of Education degree and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Notably, Felicia received recognition as Teacher of the Year during the 2017-2018 academic year at Metro Nashville Public Schools, where a significant percentage of students achieved success in math assessments.
