George Carroll

George Carroll is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in early childhood education. Currently serving as a Certified Full Time Kindergarten Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools since January 2022, George previously completed student teaching under the mentorship of Julie Chitwood. Additional roles include providing childcare through the Wyndy Babysitting App and serving as the Summer Program Lead Counselor at the Charlotte Jewish Community Center, where George facilitated developmental activities for young children. Experience as a Sunday & Special Events Staff Member at West End Community Church involved leading religious-based instruction for preschool-age children. George holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Vanderbilt Peabody College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and History from Williams College.
