Justin Uppinghouse

Justin Uppinghouse has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Executive Director of Schools for Metro Nashville Public Schools since July 2014, where previous roles included Interim Executive Director of Schools and Principal. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Principal and Assistant Principal at Champaign Unit 4 Schools from July 2009 to June 2014, and was a School Social Worker in the Mahomet-Seymour School District from November 2006 to May 2009. Justin's educational background includes a Master's in Educational Administration from Eastern Illinois University, a Master's in School Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the same institution.
