Latoya Cobb

LaToya Cobb is an experienced education professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Principal at Metro Nashville Public Schools since August 2006, LaToya has also held positions as Assistant Principal and School Counselor within the same district. Prior to this, LaToya worked at Jefferson County Public Schools from August 1999 to May 2006 as both a Teacher and School Counselor, and earlier taught 5th grade at Christian County Public Schools for a brief period in early 1999. LaToya's academic credentials include a Rank I (+30) in Education Leadership and Administration from Western Kentucky University, a Master of Science in Counselor Education/School Counseling from Indiana University Southeast, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University.
