Robert N. Wallace

Robert N. Wallace, Jr. is an accomplished educational leader currently serving as the Executive Officer for Resource Strategy at Metro Nashville Public Schools since March 2023 and an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University since August 2022. Previously held roles include Senior Advisor for Education for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and Chief Operating Officer at PENCIL for Schools. Robert's extensive operational experience includes leadership positions at KIPP Nashville, Trevecca Nazarene University, and STEM Preparatory Academy, as well as teaching roles in Metro Nashville Public Schools and with Teach For America. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Leadership & Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt Peabody College, a Master of Education from Lipscomb University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
