Wayne Birch

Wayne Birch is an experienced professional with a robust background in education and business management. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Compensation Strategy at Metro Nashville Public Schools since July 2008, Wayne Birch oversees the development and administration of compensation programs and manages key compensation functions. Prior roles include Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications Analyst, and Advisor/Instructor, where responsibilities ranged from implementing business information systems to creating curriculum for the Big Picture Learning Network. Prior to Metro Nashville Public Schools, Wayne Birch held leadership positions such as Managing Partner at The Renovare' Group, President & CEO at Display Arts, Inc., and Regional Product Manager at The Sherwin-Williams Co. Wayne Birch holds a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning from Lipscomb University, a CEU in Marketing from the American Management Association, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Grace College & Seminary.
