Scooter Hicks

Scooter Hicks currently holds the positions of President, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at MetroNational, where tenure began in June 2013. Prior experience includes serving as an Analyst in Commercial Mortgage Lending at AIG from March 2012 to May 2013, where significant achievements included originating over 35 loan transactions totaling more than $700 million. Additional experience comprises the role of Investment Analyst at NorthMarq from January 2011 to February 2012, focusing on underwriting commercial real estate assets, structuring financial models, and preparing Offering Memorandums. Scooter also interned at Jones Lang LaSalle, supporting industrial real estate projects. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking with a focus on Real Estate and Investment Banking from the University of Missouri.
