Jim Cappola is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as VP of Talent at Metro One LPSG since 2023, Jim previously held the position of Director of Talent at NPSG Global from 2020 to 2023. Jim's earlier career includes significant contributions as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Home Depot and Director of Talent Acquisition & Strategy at Aaron's, Inc. Additionally, Jim served on the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia from 2013 to 2018. With a solid foundation in talent acquisition established during tenures at EarthLink Business and AutoTrader.com, Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University.
