Norinda Rosario Yancey

Norinda Rosario Yancey is the Founder, President, and CEO of Fierce Buddha, LLC, a business consultancy focused on equity and collective impact since February 2018. Yancey serves as the Chief Equity Officer for Metro Parks Tacoma, providing guidance on justice, equity, diversity, access, and inclusion principles. Formerly a Fellow with the American Leadership Forum, Yancey has also taken on speaking roles to advocate for leadership in JEDAI efforts and to empower service women and military families. Yancey has held key positions, including Vice President of Community Impact at United Way of Pierce County, while actively participating in various speaking engagements and conferences focused on career advancement and community engagement. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication from Rosemont College and leadership training from the Greater Gainesville Chamber.
