Miroslav Nekeziev

Miroslav Nekeziev is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Head of Asset Management CEE at METRO PROPERTIES since July 2018, overseeing investments and development in the region. Previously, Miroslav held the position of Asset Manager for Bulgaria and Serbia, managing a portfolio exceeding 200,000 sq. m. Prior roles include Regional Project Manager CEE at Ceres Management Services, Operations Director at AIG/Lincoln, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, project management, and property management, and roles at Colliers International and Polis Construction SA focusing on operations and project management for significant commercial properties. Miroslav holds multiple degrees in Finance, Real Estate, Banking, and Civil Engineering from prestigious institutions, including SDA Bocconi and the American University in Bulgaria.
