Rafał Grzeszek

Rafał Grzeszek is an experienced professional in asset and property management, currently serving as the Head of Asset Management and Head of Development at METRO PROPERTIES since December 2015. Prior roles include Managing Director at Balmain Property Management and Deputy Head of Property Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Rafał has extensive experience at METRO PROPERTIES, where previous positions encompassed Head of New Business Development and management of retail assets totaling over 200,000 sq. m. Rafał's career began at METRO Group Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager, with earlier responsibilities involving the management of several shopping centers across Poland. Rafał holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Public Relations from Poznan University of Economics and Business, complemented by further education at Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie.
