Jo-Ann Pendleton

Jo-Ann Pendleton has extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at RenewLV since May 2016, Pendleton also holds the position of Executive Team Leader at ACN since April 2015, focusing on "Project Feeding Kids." In addition, Pendleton has been the Human Resources Manager at TNP Insurance Group since January 2014, providing hiring consultation services in the Greater Philadelphia Area. As the Creative Director and Project Manager for The Designers Eye Group since January 1988, Pendleton demonstrates long-term creativity and project leadership. Since June 2010, Pendleton has worked as a Senior Claims Representative at Metro Public Adjustment, Inc., advocating for policyholders in maximizing claim settlements for various covered losses. Additionally, Pendleton contributed as the Executive Committee First Chair for Marketing at Lehigh Valley Professionals in 2013 and co-founded the Lehigh Valley Chapter of Powerful You "Networking for Women by Women" from April 2009 to September 2010, promoting women's empowerment in business and community.
