Andy Rhoades is a LEED AP with over 20 years of extensive property and facility management experience. Andy started their career as a Chief Engineer at Prentiss Properties, where they were responsible for building maintenance, tracking utility consumption, and providing input for tenant improvements. Andy then worked at Thomas Properties Group as a Senior Operations Manager, where they played a key role in opening the Joe Serna Jr. - Cal/EPA Headquarters Building. After that, they joined Metro Services Group as the Director of Engineering. Currently, Andy is a Partner at Leading Edge, leading their sustainability consulting team and overseeing project management, new business development, and all aspects of the firm's operations.
Andy Rhoades LEED AP completed an Energy Management Certification program at the Northwest Energy Education Institute from 2002 to 2003. From 1991 to 2002, they pursued a Systems Maintenance Administrator/Real Property Administrator field of study at the Building Owners and Management Institute. In addition, they studied Mechanical Electrical Technology at Sacramento City College from 1990 to 1994. Andy Rhoades LEED AP has a diverse educational background in energy management, systems maintenance administration, and mechanical electrical technology.
