Nicholas Leffler is an experienced professional in the gaming and esports industry, currently serving as a Facilitator at Cxmmunity since May 2023, where Nicholas delivers esports and career readiness initiatives and develops tailored curriculum for diverse learners. As the Chief Operating Officer at DVNC Tech LLC since June 2018, Nicholas manages creative pipelines and directs a large team to create inclusive gaming experiences while enhancing the company's social media presence. Additional roles include Art/Animation Supervisor & Community Manager at Monochrome Workshop, where Nicholas built a virtual community and secured publishing deals, and Game Development & Gaming Instructor at Metro Esports, focusing on teaching programming skills to youth. Nicholas also promotes virtual reality as a VR Evangelist for Level Up Philly and previously worked as a Game Art Instructor at nonPareil, supporting neurodiverse learners.
