Mahesh Radhakrishnan

Mahesh Radhakrishnan possesses extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently serving as General Manager of Operations at Metro Supply Chain since August 2017, after previously holding the role of Operations Manager for E-commerce and Fulfillment at Zara. Prior to this, Mahesh worked at Radial Inc. as Operations Supervisor for E-commerce and Fulfillment for Carter's and Holt Renfrew. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at SEFORGE LTD INDIA, overseeing HR functions for a plant with 450 employees, and as Senior Manager of HR and Total Quality Management at Rane Group, managing HR for a unionized plant of 475 employees. Additional roles include Human Resources Coordinator and Executive roles at Carborundum Universal Limited. Mahesh holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Operations Management from PSG Institute of Management and a Human Resource Management degree from the University of Toronto.
