Smita Verma (She/Her)

Smita Verma is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across esteemed organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Metro Supply Chain since May 2023, Smita has previously held positions as a Human Resources Partner at Amazon and as an HR Business Partner at Oracle, where contributions spanned from May 2017 to May 2023. Earlier in the career, Smita worked at L&T Technology Services Limited as an Assistant Manager - Business Partner HR from November 2011 to February 2017. Smita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Maths, and Physics from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
