AJ Melvin is the Managing Director at [Metro Systems](/org/metro-systems-inc). AJ has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry and specializes in placement of technology professionals for government, commercial, and non-profit organizations.

AJ started their career as a management intern at TRSA | Association for Linen, Uniform and Facility Services Industry. AJ then became the Managing Director of Government Services at [Metro Systems](/org/metro-systems-inc) Incorporated in February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for providing IT professionals on a project or full-time basis to government, commercial, and non-profit organizations.

In July 2022, AJ became the Managing Director at [Metro Systems](/org/metro-systems-inc). In this role, they are responsible for leading the company’s IT operations and strategy. AJ has a proven ability to respond to and deliver the right hiring solutions for our clients and our candidates, anywhere in the United States.
