Sevda Cetinkaya

Sevda Cetinkaya is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Metro Türkiye since April 2020, Sevda is responsible for various HR functions including compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and digital transformation. Previously, Sevda held the position of Human Resources Senior Manager at Eczacıbaşı Tüketim Ürünleri, overseeing HR practices for a diverse employee base across multiple regions, and played a pivotal role in organizational change initiatives. Earlier roles at Eczacıbaşı Topluluğu and PwC Turkey involved talent management, performance management, and providing consultancy in HR-related fields. Sevda holds an Executive MBA from Koç University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Marmara University.
