Alannah Hoops is a knowledgeable sustainability professional with extensive experience in environmental initiatives and project management. Currently serving as a Sustainability Coordinator at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Alannah previously held the position of Sustainability Intern at Accor, where significant contributions included sourcing alternatives to single-use plastics and conducting audits across numerous properties. Prior experience as an Accountant at MetaLab and Tiny Capital involved streamlining financial processes and enhancing productivity through automation. Alannah's educational background includes a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from the University of Toronto Mississauga and a Master's degree in Sustainability Studies from Lund University, complemented by a solid foundation in Business from the University of Victoria.
