Anthony Ferrari, CHRL has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre for one year. In 2011, they joined Hilton Toronto as a Human Resources Generalist before being promoted to the role of Training & Quality Manager and later Assistant Director of Human Resources. In 2017, they transitioned to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, where they initially served as a Human Resources Manager before being promoted to the position of Human Resources Director in March 2022.

Anthony Ferrari, CHRL has a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Anthony also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College. Anthony's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Western University, where they specialized in Psychology with a major in Biology. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
