Elizabeth Sabatini

Elizabeth Sabatini is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a strong background in catering management. Currently serving as the Director of Catering at Metro Toronto Convention Centre since July 2023, Elizabeth previously held the role of Assistant Director of Catering from June 2019 to July 2023 and worked as a Catering Manager from September 2005 to June 2019 within the same organization. Elizabeth Sabatini holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Marketing from Ryerson University.
