Kathy Nicolay

Kathy Nicolay is a seasoned expert in international meetings and events, currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Leaders Circle Ambassador Program at Leaders Circle since July 2024. With extensive experience at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Kathy has played a pivotal role in the development and success of Toronto's Ambassador Program, focusing on business development, brand promotion, and stakeholder engagement to attract international association meetings to the region. Previous roles include managing Vancouver's Be a Host Ambassador Program at Tourism Vancouver and positions coordinating events and fundraising for various organizations. Kathy holds a Graduate Certificate in International Project Management from Humber College and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Simon Fraser University.
