Nik Dumovic

Nik Dumovic has over 15 years of experience in project management and infrastructure delivery, currently serving as the Deputy Project Director for the Metro Tunnel Project at Metro Trains Melbourne since October 2016. In this role, Nik leads a multidisciplinary team, participates in various governance roles, and oversees project delivery across different streams. Prior to this, Nik held multiple significant positions, including Program Signalling Manager and Interface Manager, focusing on stakeholder engagement and signalling delivery. Nik's extensive background includes senior project management roles at SMS Management & Technology, AXA, and VicTrack, with expertise in telecommunications infrastructure and major transport projects. Nik holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Monash University and is currently completing the AICD Company Directors Course.
