Reto Freihofer

Reto Freihofer is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in delivering complex projects across various sectors, including telecommunications and infrastructure. As the Renewals Manager at Metro Trains Melbourne since May 2018, Reto oversees a comprehensive program of renewal activities, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery. Prior to this, roles included Senior Project Manager at Ignia, where responsibilities spanned Agile project management for diverse IT projects, and Program Manager at Singtel, overseeing multiple telecommunications projects for ANZ Bank across several countries. Reto’s expertise extends to leading teams and managing project transitions and transformations at notable organizations such as Fujitsu, Avanade Australia, and Victoria Police Force. Reto holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from De Haagse Hogeschool.
