Rob Duvel

Rob Duvel is an experienced executive in safety, health, and environment management, currently serving as Executive Director at Metro Trains Melbourne since July 2019, with a focus on Zero Harm initiatives. Prior positions include HSE Director at Lendlease from August 2017 to June 2019 and General Manager for Safety, Health, and Environment at CPB Contractors from May 2006 to July 2017, where Rob provided leadership in SH&E initiatives. Additional roles include Group Manager SHE Operational Services and Operational Services Manager at Pharma Natura, as well as HR Director and HR Manager at Anglovaal Mining Limited. Rob holds a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle and an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland.
