Anna Flintoft has over two decades of experience in urban planning and transportation. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Planning & Administration at Metro Transit since April 2015, Anna previously held the position of Manager in the same department. Prior to joining Metro Transit, Anna worked as a Transportation Planner for the City of Minneapolis and held roles as Principal Analyst and Senior Analyst at the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeastern Illinois. Anna's early career included positions at the Chicago Area Transportation Study, the City of Ann Arbor as a Planning Intern, and as a Graduate Student Instructor/Research Assistant at the University of Michigan. Anna's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Religion from Carleton College.
