Sanveer Thind

Sanveer Thind, RI, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and data analysis. Currently serving as a Property Negotiator at Metro Vancouver since January 2021, Sanveer specializes in the appraisal and negotiation of various real estate agreements, including Consent Agreements and Lease Agreements. As a Data Analyst at Pro Football Focus since August 2020, Sanveer produces and collects data for College and Professional Football by analyzing game film and player participation. Previously, Sanveer worked as an Appraiser at BC Assessment, where property valuation and assessment roll preparation were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Brand Ambassador/Team Lead at Mosaic Sales Solutions, contributing to the launch of Microsoft Xbox One, and Accounting Clerk at VersaCold, where Sanveer gained experience in financial reporting and ERP systems. Sanveer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from UBC Sauder School of Business.
