Sarah Zibin

Sarah Zibin is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Division Manager of O&M Technical Support within the Water Services department at Metro Vancouver, a position held since February 2015. In this role, Sarah leads a team responsible for delivering business and maintenance programs aimed at optimizing asset value and business processes. Previous roles at Metro Vancouver include Program Manager and Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed providing engineering support for the water transmission system and managing complex asset renewal projects. Prior experience includes roles at EBA Engineering Consultants Ltd, The City of Calgary, Yukon Government's Transportation Engineering Branch, ATCO Electric Yukon, and as an Assistant Surveyor. Sarah holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Applied Sustainability from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Energy and the Environment from the University of Calgary, graduating with distinction.
